Mark Cooper is a Senior Investment Partner in the UK’s Office for Investment and has responsibility for managing the UK’s Sovereign and Strategic Investment Partnerships as well as attracting other strategic global capital investment to the UK. Mark joined Government in 2021, prior to which he had a 20-year career as an M&A and private equity lawyer, most recently as a partner at Latham & Watkins, Singapore.
