Zouheir Sabra

CEO of BEEAH Capital

Zouheir Sabra has been an integral part of BEEAHโ€™s leadership team for more than 6 years, developing strategies in support of BEEAHโ€™s long term, balanced growth and value creation objectives. A professional with around 30 years of experience in finance and accounting, he leads and is responsible for providing strategic financial leadership for BEEAH’s investments in new ventures and joint venture partnerships across the three focus areas of the environment, digital technologies, and healthcare.

He ensures BEEAH’s strategy creates shareholder value, communicates strategies and performance to shareholders. Zouheir spearheaded a refinancing effort and successfully closed multipurpose financing in excess of US$ 300mil with leading local banks. Under his leadership, BEEAH’s Finance team won three international awards with a debt transaction of AED 800mil for the first commercial Waste to Energy project of BEEAH. He has played an instrumental role, in close collaboration with the Group CEO and Vice-Chairman, in transforming BEEAH into the leading player in Sustainability and Digitization in the Region. He has been vital in securing the businesses at Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Egypt and continues to manage the overall relationship for the successful execution of these significant projects.

Zouheir started his career in the leading international consulting firm, Arthur Andersen & Co., and climbed the ladder to become one of the youngest Assurance and Business Advisory managers at Dubai Office. He was engaged in various transaction and business advisory service assignments from industries ranging from advertising, banking, hospitality, manufacturing and retail.

Subsequently, Zouheir served in a variety of finance leadership roles at internationally renowned establishments including Starcom MediaVest Group, Nakheel World, Arabian Global Investments L.L.C, Grohe Middle East, and other leading regional companies, and played a significant role in creating and enhancing equity value.

Zouheir holds a Masterโ€™s degree in Business Administration with Honors from the Lebanese American University in 1994 and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from 1996.
