Zoe Zhang

Zoe has accumulated 25 years of overseas study and work experience, during which she earned a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Manchester and a Master’s degree from the University of Birmingham, UK.
Since 2011, she has served as the Chairman of Boao Business Consulting Co., Ltd., leading the company to successfully organize a series of high-profile summits and forums, including the Sino-European Entrepreneur Summit, Sino-African Entrepreneur Summit, Sino-Australian Entrepreneur Summit, China-Arab Entrepreneur Summit and other international conferences both in China and overseas. These summits are dedicated to serving local governments, enterprises, associations, and academic institutions by creating a vital platform for building mutual trust, fostering communication, and facilitating cooperation.
Under her leadership, Boao Business Consulting provides comprehensive services such as project consulting, overseas investment, PR consulting, international market expansion, and high-end conferences and exhibitions. These services are designed to enhance the competitiveness of Chinese and foreign companies and facilitate their entry into overseas markets, thereby promoting international cooperation.
Currently, Zoe holds multiple leadership positions, including General Secretary of the Sino-International Entrepreneurs Federation, Chairman of Boao Business Consulting, and President of the Association of Foreign Investment Enterprises in Chaoyang, Beijing.
