WEI Ran

Mr. Wei Ran, Chairman &CEO of CCT Fund, the fund manager of China Structural Reform Fund (CSRF, $50billion), is the national medalist for best service（All-China Federation of Trade Unions 2003). Mr. Wei and his team were responsible for setting up and managing 8 internationally operated PE funds including China ASEAN Cooperation Fund( LPs from IFC World Bank, CIC, Bank of China and China Eximbank), China Japan Environmental Protection Fund(2013, LPs from Japan Bank for International Cooperation，Mizuho Bank and China Eximbank ), China-Canadian Natural Resources Fun (2012）, China-Mid&Eastern Europe Cooperation Fund, (2014), China – Eurasia Fund（2015）China-Latin America Cooperation Fund (2015) , China Africa Production Capacity Cooperation Fund（2016）and CSRF(2016). Mr. Wei and his team are most experienced in international project finance, private equity investment and coordination with China’s prominent SOEs in their foreign investment.
