Salah Sharaf Al Hashmi

A logistics professional, Salah Sharaf Al Hashmi joined the Sharaf Group
after graduation, and grew in various roles in the shipping industry, working
in Germany and Hong Kong. His keen sense of business and entrepreneurial spirit has helped him develop an in-depth understanding of shipping, maintenance, and fleet management that’s vital to organizational strategy and day-to-day operations.
Salah Sharaf Al Hashmi holds many portfolios within the Sharaf Group, as Board Member, Vice President and Head of the Shipping, Logistics Division, Chairman of Emirates Logistics, Vice Chairman of Star Feeders, Chairman of Sharaf Cargo, Board Member of Sharaf Shipping and the Chairman of Sharaf Travel.
Responsibilities outside of the group include Vice Chairman for the UAE Shipping Association, President of Dubai Shipping Agents Association and Board Member of UAE International Investors Council.
