Safeya Al Maqtari is the Senior Director of Operations at Mubadala Health. She is responsible for the operational performance of the organization, including the development and implementation of strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of services. Safeya has over 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry, having held various leadership roles in the UAE and the wider region. She has a strong background in healthcare operations, project management, and business development. Safeya holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Sharjah and a Master of Business Administration from the American University of Sharjah.
