Saeed Alnofeli

Saeed Alnofeli is the Vice President of in5, incubating the regions largest startup community. Since 2020, he has played a pivotal role in driving innovation across Dubai’s entrepreneurial ecosystem. His leadership focuses on nurturing startups and supporting in5 members, transforming early-stage ideas into commercially viable ventures. Saeed’s extensive 15-year career spans commercial, telecommunications, technology, and command and control systems, positioning him as an expert in guiding startups from concept through to market success.

Prior to joining in5, Saeed was a Programs Manager at the Sharjah Entrepreneurship Center (Sheraa), where he mentored and graduated over 100 startups at the pre-seed and seed stage. His entrepreneurial experience also includes being the Co-Founder and CEO of Jamalytic, a tech startup that introduced cutting-edge data analytics to the billion-dollar camel racing industry, further underscoring his commitment to advancing local innovation.

Saeed holds a Master’s in Engineering Systems and Management with a specialization in technology management, innovation, and entrepreneurship from the Masdar Institute of Science and Technology. He also earned a Bachelor’s degree in Security and Network Technologies from Zayed University.
