Petros Christodoulou holds a bachelor’s degree from the Athens University of Economics and Business and an MBA from Columbia University. He began his investment banking career in London with Credit Suisse and Goldman Sachs, later joining J.P. Morgan as Managing Director for European derivatives. He served as General Manager at the National Bank of Greece and Executive Director of the Public Debt Management Agency, leading Greece’s €206bn debt restructuring. He has held executive and board roles in banking, shipping, and insurance. Since January 2024, he is Chairman of the Board of Hellenic Bank and chairs its Nominations/Internal Governance Committee.
