MaryAnne Scicluna is the Senior Executive Director of Supervision Division at the Financial Services Authority in Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), with overall responsibility for the supervision of Markets (including RIEs, MTFs and related entities) as well as Capital Market Intermediaries, Banks, MSPs and Insurance entities in ADGM. Ms Scicluna holds a Masters in Financial Regulation & Compliance Management from the London Metropolitan University, UK and has a long experience in regulation spanning more than 28 years. She has worked extensively in various aspects of the regulatory ambit covering authorisations, supervision, enforcement and policy in Malta Financial Services Authority, primarily within a European regulatory framework. Before joining the FSRA in ADGM, she sat on the Boards of the European Authorities (ESMA, EBA, EIOPA) and was actively involved with the European Central Bank Supervisory Teams.
