Laura Hines-Pierce

Ms. Laura Hines-Pierce is the Co-CEO of Hines and works with Chairman and Co-CEO Jeff Hines on company-wide strategy and risk management. She is a member of the Executive Committee and Investment Committee. Hines-Pierce joined the company in 2012 and has managed projects in the Midwest and Southeast, including the River Point office tower in Chicago. She also worked in the Office of the Chief Investment Officer, and as the Transformation Officer, where she supported strategic efforts across the business. She was also involved in creating the OneHines Women’s Network and the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiative. Prior to Hines, she worked for Sotheby’s and interned at Eastdil Secured. Hines-Pierce has a BA in Economics and Art History from Duke University and an MBA from Harvard.
