Ismael Hajjar

Ismael Hajjar is a partner based in the UAE who specializes in international tax and wealth structuring, family office, and private capital advisory. He has over 16 years of experience serving international families, with a focus on the Middle East region. He is a trusted advisor to successful families and leads PwC Middle East’s Tax and Legal service for private clients, entrepreneurs, and royal families. Prior to joining PwC, Ismael was the head of Private for another big four firm, where he founded and led their award-winning consulting practice for family enterprises and family offices in the MENA region. Ismael is a regular speaker on topics related to family business and private wealth, and holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration, a certification as a chartered accountant in Luxembourg, an Islamic finance qualification, and certifications as a Trust and Estate Practitioner and Family Business Advisor.
