Hela Cheikhrouhou

Hela Cheikhrouhou is the Regional Vice President for the Middle East, Central Asia, Türkiye, Afghanistan, and Pakistan at the International Finance Corporation (IFC). She has 26 years of experience in the financial sector, infrastructure finance, and climate finance in emerging and developing economies.
Cheikhrouhou holds a Master’s degree in Economics from HEC Montréal and has held leadership roles at IFC since 2017. She is also an Agenda Contributor for the World Economic Forum, and a member of the World Bank Group Leadership team.
