Hamad Al Mazrouei

Hamad Sayah Al Mazrouei serves as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the ADGM Registration Authority overseeing the operations and strategies for registering financial and non-financial companies, as well as real estate within ADGM’s jurisdiction. Al Mazrouei is also responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance and promoting sustainable growth.

Hamad Sayah Al Mazrouei also serves as the founding member and Chairman of the Board of ADGM Academy. Through his leadership, he contributes to advancing the

UAE’s national employability agenda by collaborating with local and federal entities to develop employment programs targeting sectors such as banking, finance,

consulting firms, and other private industries, aligning with the UAE Vision 2030.

Previously, Al Mazrouei held the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO), where he played a pivotal role in shaping and implementing the support services strategy for ADGM. He spearheaded the revamping and transformative initiative aimed at streamlining operations, leveraging technology and optimizing systems to enhance efficiency and drive its success.

Hamad brings over 20 years of extensive experience in strategic planning and business development, with expertise in strategy formulation and implementation,

systems optimization, and organizational development.

Currently, Hamad is spearheading ADGM’s major expansion project which increased its geographical footprint by tenfold, encompassing the migration of over 1,000

businesses and 15,000 residential units. further solidifying ADGM’s position as a global financial hub.

In addition, Hamad is an active member of the UAE-UK Partnership Consortium, where he contributes to fostering stronger bilateral relations, advancing mutual interests,

and promoting collaborative initiatives between the two nations.
