H.E. Murat Zhurebekov

H.E. Murat Zhurebekov is the Vice Minister of the Ministry of Energy of Kazakhstan. He was appointed to this position in 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Deputy Chairman of the Board of JSC “KazMunayGas” from 2017 to 2019. He has also held various positions in the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources of Kazakhstan, including Deputy Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources from 2015 to 2017.

Mr. Zhurebekov holds a degree in Economics from the Kazakh National Technical University. He also holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Manchester.
