Guido Grassi Damiani

Guido Grassi Damiani has been President of the Damiani Group since 2005, a family business founded in 1924.
Upon joining the company, he initiated and consolidated the internationalisation of the Group with the opening of branches and flagship Boutiques worldwide. He has been awarded two degrees cum laude and was decorated with the title of “Cavaliere del Lavoro” (Order of Merit for Labour) for his entrepreneurial skills and his promotion of Italian craftsmanship across the globe. He actively leads the Group, which has its production headquarters in Valenza and operates with six brands globally: Damiani, Salvini, Bliss, and Calderoni for jewelry; the high-end watch and jewelry chain Rocca; and the Murano-based artistic glassware company Venini. With a distribution network of around 70 flagship Boutiques and more than 2,000 wholesale points of sale, the Group closed the financial year as of 31 March 2023 with consolidated revenues exceeding EUR 300 million, a double-digit increase compared to the previous year.
