Fahad Shehail

As CEO of BEEAH Environment, Fahad Ali Shehail is instrumental in leading the growth and operational excellence of the organisation’s key industries for positive environmental impact, specifically in waste management, recycling, environmental consulting, and green mobility. With over a decade of experience at BEEAH, Fahad has been a key contributor to the organisation’s steady growth and diversification over the years.

Previously, Fahad served as BEEAH’s Chief Operations Officer, leading operational excellence in waste management, a core industry for the organisation. In particular, he was the force behind BEEAH’s regional expansion strategies and zero-waste ambitions. Under his leadership, BEEAH successfully expanded to KSA and Egypt and became a regional leader for end-to-end integrated waste management. He has led BEEAH’s participation in tenders for multiple international contracts across the Middle East while fostering relationships with key stakeholders.

In his current role as CEO of BEEAH Environment, Fahad is building on his experience to achieve new standards of excellence in management and operations, while supporting the organisation’s emerging industries and entry into new markets. Beyond waste management, he has also expanded his scope to encompass more of BEEAH’s industries that relate to positive environmental action.

Fahad initially joined BEEAH in 2013 as a Managing Director, overseeing waste collection and city cleaning operations and leading activities for sales and business development. His operational acumen enabled him to drive BEEAH’s ground-breaking waste management projects and add value to stakeholders, board members and partners. He has also established long-term strategic relationships with governmental and non-governmental bodies, locally and internationally, in order to chart the roadmap for a wider scale collaboration to innovate for a sustainable future. Fahad acts as BEEAH’s international liaison, actively taking part in committees and dialogue with companies to explore collaborative opportunities.

Spanning over a 23-year career, Fahad has gained extensive management experience, particularly in curating growth strategies and driving operational efficiency across a range of industries, including logistics, as well as telecom and technology. Fahad holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from UAE University and a Master’s in Business Administration from Skyline University College in Sharjah.
