Daniel Laury is a trailblazing entrepreneur and the founder & CEO of Udelv, a Silicon Valley company at the forefront of autonomous delivery technology. With a keen ability to foresee industry shifts, he identified a major gap between the rapid advancements in self-driving technology and the stagnant state of last-mile deliveryโand set out to bridge it.
In 2017, Laury assembled a team of elite engineers and pioneered the worldโs first driverless delivery vehicle designed for public roads. Just a year later, in January 2018, Udelv made history by conducting the first-ever autonomous delivery on public roads in San Mateo, California. By 2019, Udelvโs second-generation vehicle had completed over 40,000 automated deliveries across California, Arizona, and Texas.
Then came another leap forward. In 2022, Udelv unveiled the Transporterโthe worldโs first cabin-less autonomous delivery vehicle capable of highway speedsโsolidifying its position as a global leader in automated logistics.
