Borko is a Partner at Oliver Wyman with 20+ years of experience in public sector work. He has advised government organizations across Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East on policy development, implementation and service delivery, and organizational transformation.

โขLed a three year โBuild Operate Transferโ project to set up a new entity at the center of government
โขAdvised government entities in Middle East and Europe on cost optimization
โขDeveloped a strategy for new revenue sources for a Middle East government entity
โขLed the transformation of a government entity created through merger of three entities
โขAdvised on the setting up of a new advisory government entity
โขAdvised on the creation of a new office for a government leader covering all aspects of the office set up (org chart, recruiting, processes, tools, technology)

Borko has an MBA from Purdue University, and a BA in Economics. Prior to OW, Borko spent a decade with the World Bank, and six years as management consultant. He worked for three government organizations: Central Bank of N. Macedonia, European Commission and Abu Dhabi Department of Finance. He is a Board member of Macedonia2025, the largest non-profit organization promoting the economic development of North Macedonia.
