Benoit Marotte is the Chief Marketing & Communication Officer of Decathlon, a global sporting goods retailer. Prior to joining Decathlon in January 2021, Marotte had an extensive career spanning over 30 years in various industries, including FMCG, stationery, and digital gaming. He worked for BIC as the Chief Commercial Officer, where he was responsible for building the global commercial strategy, implementing levers to grow sales, gain market share and improve profitability. Prior to that, Marotte also worked as a Marketing Director for Nestle, where he was responsible for the global re-positioning of the Nescafé brand.
