Bassam Shaker is a technology executive, AI enthusiast, and innovation-driven leader with over two decades of experience spanning startups, financial services, EdTech, FinTech, and enterprise software. As the General Manager and CTO of Creative Advanced Technologies, he has built and scaled a multinational software house from the ground up, delivering 20+ software products across E-commerce, E-Learning, logistics, and FinTech. His leadership has impacted over millions of end customers, with AI-powered applications accumulating over a million downloads.
A visionary in cloud-native architecture, AI/ML solutions, and digital transformation, Bassam has collaborated with global giants, co-developing AI-driven products, including an innovative WebEx AI plugin with Cisco Systems (FASIH) to enhance remote distant teams collaborate more efficiently.
