He is the creative genius behind hugely successful homegrown concepts such as Dubai’s iconic rooftop destination, The Penthouse, FIVE’s signature Italian restaurant, Cinque and MSG-free, gourmet Chinese, Maiden Shanghai at FIVE Palm Jumeirah, immersive street-food dining experience, Soul St., homemade Italian at Trattoria by Cinque, Chicago’s award-winning brewery Goose Island Tap House and Jumeirah Village Circle’s first ever nightclub, The Mansion at FIVE Jumeirah Village, as well as expanding homegrown concepts Cinque Studio, Soul St., and The Penthouse to FIVE Zurich.
