Aby Sam Thomas

Aby Sam Thomas is the Editor in Chief of Inc. Arabia, a dynamic media platform that aims to inspire, inform, and document the most fascinating people in the region’s business landscape: the risk-takers, the innovators, and the ultra-driven go-getters that represent the most dynamic force in the economies of the Middle East.


Prior to his role at Inc. Arabia, Aby was the Editor in Chief of Entrepreneur Middle East, a business publication catering to the Middle East’s entrepreneurs and business-minded readership. Having joined Entrepreneur Middle East in November 2014, he worked at the brand until September 2024.


Before working in the media sector, Aby was an analyst programmer with Accenture, where he worked with J. P. Morgan Chase’s investment banking arm at offices in Mumbai, London and New York. He holds a Master’s Degree in Journalism from the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism in New York.
