Mr. Shuguang Wang has been President of China International Capital Corporation Limited (CICC) since August 2025 and a member of the Management Committee of CICC since January 2023.
Mr. Wang joined CICC in 1998 and has successively held positions including Head of the Growth Enterprise Investment Banking Department, Co-Head of the Capital Management Department, and Head of the Investment Banking Department. He has participated in the reforms and restructurings of enterprises in finance, energy, telecommunications, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, etc., and has long been dedicated to serving China’s new economy sectors and emerging enterprises. He has led numerous landmark capital market transactions.
Mr. Wang received Bachelor’s degrees in Science and Economics from Tsinghua University in 1996, and a Master’s degree in Engineering from Tsinghua University in 1998.
