Mr. Li is a Member of the Executive Committee at CMC and Head of the Cross-Border Investment Department.

He has held roles such as Executive Committee Member of the Service Trade Innovation and Development Guidance Fund, Executive Committee Member of the China State Farms Agribusiness Development Fund, Assistant General Manager and General Counsel of CMC, General Manager of the Legal and Compliance Department, Asia-Pacific General Counsel at Diebold Inc. (USA), and Chief Legal Officer at Cosmedia Group. With over 20 years of experience in law, equity investment, and cross-border transactions, he is well-versed in all aspects of fund management and operations and has extensive transactional experience.

He holds a Master of Laws from the University of Montreal and a Bachelor of Laws from Zhengzhou University.
