Pierre is the President of Parsons Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), which operates as a business unit of the US-based Parsons Corporation.
Prior to his current role, Pierre was President of Parsons’ MEA market, responsible for the corporation’s operations and growth in the MEA region.
Pierre has been managing the portfolios of major multi-disciplinary projects around the world for 30 years, with a primary focus on Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. Based in Dubai since early 2005, he has developed trusted relationships with key decision makers in regional government bodies and private sector entities alike.
Education
Pierre holds a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Northwestern University, Evanston, IL (USA) and an engineering degree from the Ecole Supérieure des Travaux Publics, Paris (France).
Organizations
Pierre chairs, or is a member of, several joint venture boards for large infrastructure schemes and companies including the SID ETP Graduate Civil Engineer Society in Paris and the UAE Society of Engineers.
