Mingqiang Zhou

He graduated from Beijing University of Chemical Technology with a degree in High Polymer Science. He currently holds the following positions:

Deputy director of the National Development & Reform Commission’s "National Engineering Research Center for Fuel Cell & Hydrogen Source Technology";

Chief scientist of the research group on "Methanol Reforming Hydrogen Fuel Cell Power Generation System" at the Energy Research Institute of the National Development & Reform Commission;

Executive council member & deputy secretary - general of the China Association for International Economic & Technical Cooperation;

Deputy director of the Expert Committee on Intelligent Innovation of China Wisdom Engineering Society;

Guest professor & graduate supervisor at Beijing University of Chemical Technology and Donghua University.

Zhou Mingqiang has been dedicated to the industrial development of hydrogen energy technology for many years, possessing extensive R&D and market experience. He holds 100+ invention patents in the fields of methanol reforming for hydrogen production, hydrogen storage & hydrogen power generation systems, and has drafted 20+ national & group standards. Hydrogen energy products developed under his leadership account for over 20% of the domestic market and are deployed globally. In 2001, Zhou Mingqiang founded Juye Investment Group Co., Ltd., where he serves as chairman of the board. He is currently the founder, chairman & CEO of China Hydrogen Energy Technology Co., Ltd., chairman of the board of China Hydrogen Energy Group (HK), president of China Hydrogen Energy Research Institute (HK), and chairman of China Hydrogen Energy Equipment Manufacturing (Beijing) Co., Ltd.
