Mario Klaric holds PhD and MBA both from the University of Zagreb. From 2003 to 2005, he worked as a researcher at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing in Zagreb. From 2005 to 2019, he worked in the Dalekovod group on renewable energy and power infrastructure projects and in the positions from project manager till CEO associate. Since 2019, he has been CEO of Professio Energia d.d., first Croatian pure-play renewables joint-stock company listed on the Zagreb Stock Exchange, owned by Croatian institutional investors. He led the process of company listing on the Zagreb Stock Exchange, three processes of capital increase of the company through the Zagreb Stock Exchange, and the processes of contracting first Croatian corporate and utility PPA contracts. He is a member of the IEEE, CIGRE, as well as the Scientific Council for Energy of the Croatian Academy of Sciences and Arts.
