Kavikrut is the CEO of T-Hub, one of the world’s leading startup incubators. Under his leadership, T-Hub is focused on becoming the ultimate hub for nurturing groundbreaking ideas, accelerating startup growth, and driving the development of world-class products from India for global markets.
With a career spanning entrepreneurship and corporate leadership, Kavikrut was most recently the Chief Growth Officer at OYO, where he played a pivotal role in expanding the company’s footprint across 100+ cities in India. He led the launch of new ventures, scaled multiple business functions, and spearheaded OYO’s international expansion into Japan in 2018 through a strategic partnership with Yahoo! Japan and SoftBank Japan.
Kavikrut began his career as the founder of a healthcare startup and later worked with leading organizations such as Amazon and the Piramal Group. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an MSc in Finance from BITS Pilani.
