Mr. WU Kai graduated from Harbin Institute of Technology, majoring in electrical engineering, and held an MBA in China Europe International Business School (CEIBS). Joined Goldwind in Sep. 2008, he has acquired abundant experience in industrial chain construction, R&D and international business, and he is well-regarded among the new energy industry. He serves as the Goldwind VP & Chairman of Goldwind International at present.
Mr. WU Kai had served in roles as the Vice Chairman of the National Technical Committee 50 on Wind Energy Generation Systems of Standardization Administration of China (SAT/TC 50), the Vice Chairman of Chinese Wind Energy Association, and the Vice Chairman of Beijing Innovation Center for Industrial Big Data. He was awarded an outstanding contributor to the wind power industry by SAT/TC 50 and serves as a member of the Global Wind Energy Council at present.
Mr. WU Kai is experienced in supply chain management, actively promotes the global supply chain construction and key stakeholders & strategic partnership relations building. In the field of technological innovation, he deepens the global layout of R&D, fully engages in exploring cooperation opportunities with global innovation institutions, and drives the improvement of domestic wind power R&D competence. In the aspect of international business, he is deeply involved in the global business layout (have branched out into 47 countries), enhances the Goldwind Internationalization level with global practice, and contributes to global sustainable development.
