Major General(Retd.) Dr. Nasser Al Nuaimi is the Secretary General of Tawazun Council, where he leverages his extensive experience in strategic leadership to advance the UAE's defense and security objectives. His progression from military healthcare leadership to strategic national positions reflects his exceptional ability to drive organizational excellence and implement transformative initiatives.
Prior to his current role, Dr. Al Nuaimi was the Director General of the Abu Dhabi Crisis Management Center (2020-2024). In this role, he successfully led critical operations in national resilience and emergency preparedness, strengthening the emirate's crisis response framework.
Throughout his military career, he demonstrated exceptional leadership in healthcare administration, serving as Commander of the Medical Services Corps, where he oversaw comprehensive medical operations. His command positions included leading the AirForce Medical Center and Zayed Military Hospital, where he implemented strategic healthcare initiatives and elevated operational standards.
H.E. Dr. AlNuaimi holds a medical degree from UAE University's College of Medicine, specialized certification in aviation medicine from WSU, and advanced qualifications in business management and strategic leadership.
