Dr. Massimiliano Morrone

Massimiliano Morrone joined Unipol in 2012. As responsible for Real Estate Asset, Investment & Technical Management he manages the Group real estate portfolio and development activities under the Urban Up brand www.urbanupunipol.com.

Since 2012 he is managing director of the Unipol Group real estate SGR and he covers executive roles in the real estate companies within the Unipol Group, which formed through the merger of Unipol and Fondiaria Sai.

Massimiliano started his career in 1998, as corporate finance analyst in Credit Agricole Indosuez, based in Paris, within the financial institutions group.

He operates in the real estate sector since 2003, as risk manager and investment officer of Ge Capital Real Estate in Italy. Between 2008 and 2012 he for Aedes as director for investments and Ceo of Nova Re Spa, a listed company which transformed in one of the first Italian Reits.

Massimiliano holds a degree in economics from Bocconi University in Milan. He served in the Assoimmobiliare board for many years.
