Davide Albertini Petroni

Since January 2024, he has served as Managing Director and Shareholder of ROOMLESS, an innovative company specializing in mid- to long-term residential rentals through a fully digitalized platform, operating across Italy and Europe.

From January 2024 to January 2025, he was appointed CEO of the COSTIM Group, focusing on mixed-use real estate development projects as well as engineering and construction activities. He also serves as Chairman of the Group’s three subsidiaries: a general contracting company, a firm specializing in glass and steel façades, and a facility management company for electromechanical systems, with a combined turnover of €300 million.

From 2009 to 2023, he was Chief Executive Officer of Risanamento S.p.A., a company listed on the Milan Stock Exchange and active in real estate and development. He also held the role of CEO of all Group subsidiaries, overseeing the management and disposal of assets totaling €3 billion over the past 10 years: a real estate portfolio in Paris worth €1.5 billion, a prestigious building in New York valued at €300 million, and additional Italian assets totaling €1.2 billion.

He also served as CEO of Milano Santa Giulia S.p.A., the owner of the mixed-use real estate development project “Milano Santa Giulia” in Milan, with 250,000 sqm already completed and 400,000 sqm yet to be developed, more than 50% of which is designated for residential use.

Previously, he was Head of Real Estate Development at IPI (Fiat Group), acting as Director of all subsidiaries and managing a portfolio of 500,000 sqm across office, industrial, and retail properties.

Until 2000, he worked with several leading construction companies, contributing to the development of infrastructure and private buildings across Europe.

Since July 2023, he has been Chairman of Confindustria Assoimmobiliare.
